Program Director - Texas
The Program Director shall be an individual who is both a clinician and has administrative skills, and meets one of the following criteria:
- A licensed mental health professional in the State of Texas.
- The holder of a Doctoral Degree in a field related to human services and a minimum of one year work experience.
- The holder of a Masters degree in a field related to human services and a minimum of two years work experience.
Responsibilities
The Program Director's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day to day operations of the ranch and program.
- Maintain an ongoing, positive image for the ranch.
- Supervise all staff.
- Parent contact.
- Educational Consultant contact.
- Payroll, develop budgets, plan and oversee the purchase of supplies, and maintain proper and accurate records of funds.
- Oversee the intake process.
- Prepare and produce all school communications, including the Student Handbook, Staff Handbook, and the maintenance of student records.
- Oversee safety of students, premises and cleanliness of ranch.
- Report to COO on a regular basis on current enrollment, staffing, administrative and budget issues.
- Supervise and work closely with teachers to plan appropriate curriculum programs, evaluate performance and address necessary issues.
- Project a professional image for staff, parents, applicants, and outside groups. Handle all issues in a mature manner, with the utmost confidentiality regarding student/staff/parent issues.
- Conduct tours for new students and their families.
- Responsible for all personnel matters including recruiting, hiring and dismissing of staff.
- Observe classroom and program activity on a regular basis.

Clinical Therapist - Sunrise Residential Treatment Center
Description
Sunrise, in Southern Utah, is currently seeking a licensed therapist. Sunrise is a residential treatment center for girls ages 13-17. Sunrise uses a systemic, relationship based approach to the treatment we provide girls and their families. We emphasize family, fitness and authoritative guidance in the treatment we provide. Sunrise is a nurturing environment for girls and their families to heal and grow. The team at Sunrise is a terrific group of people to work with looking for others to add to the innovative approaches they use in treatment. The therapist position is responsible for providing high quality individual, family and group therapy. The therapist is responsible for formulating and executing a sound treatment plan, performing psychosocial assessments, and working with referral sources. This position is a great opportunity for career growth and an excellent chance to be part of a close-knit, fun team. Qualifications
Master or higher degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related field. Licensure in the state of Utah or working toward licensure. Experience in residential or wilderness setting is preferred.

English Teacher - Sunrise Residential Treatment Center
Description
Sunrise is seeking a compassionate, highly motivated English teacher to provide classroom instruction for the girls at Sunrise. Sunrise is a residential treatment center serving girls ages 13-17. We emphasize family, fitness, and authoritative guidance in the treatment we provide. The teachers at Sunrise play in integral part in the development and progress of each of the girls we serve. The teaching position entails providing class instruction from a text book curriculum and lesson planning. Class sizes are around 10 students per class. Fridays are used as an outdoor classroom in which outings are done to experience principles being taught. Come be a part of a fun, dynamic teaching and treatment team.
Qualifications
Individuals interested in this job must possess or be eligible to possess a Utah teaching certificate, demonstrate an ability to meet the individual learning needs of various students, and must have a bachelors degree. Experience in residential care is preferred. Ability to teach multiple disciplines/subjects is also preferred.
